HubActually
Support
Need help with the HubActually community or the mobile app? You have two good options — ask in the community, or email us directly.
Email us
We read every message. To help us help you faster, please include:
- The email address associated with your HubActually account.
- Whether you are using the website, the Android app, or the iOS app.
- A short description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
Ask in the community
Many questions are answered fastest inside the community — and when a support question is asked in the open, the answer becomes a resource for every member who runs into the same thing later.
The mobile apps
The HubActually app gives you the community on your phone — connect with founders, open the AI assistants toolbox, and join live conversations and events.
Android: Get it on Google Play. The iOS version is coming soon — if you have an app problem, email us and tell us whether you are on Android or iOS so we can point you to the right fix.
Common questions
How do I join HubActually?
Membership is free. Create your account in the community and you can start connecting with other entrepreneurs, explore the AI assistants toolbox, and join the weekly live conversations.
I cannot sign in to my account. What should I try?
Make sure you are signing in with the same email address you used to create your account, and that you are using the latest version of the app. If you are still stuck, email us from the address on your account and we will help you sort it out.
How do I get the mobile app?
The HubActually app for Android is available free on Google Play. An iOS version is on the way — members will hear about it in the community first.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion at any time. The steps, and what deletion covers, are explained on our Delete Account page.
Where can I ask a question other members might have too?
Post it in the community. Questions asked in the open often turn into resources that help other members, and you will usually get perspectives from people who have solved the same problem.
For account deletion, see the Delete Account page. For how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy, and for the rules of the service, our Terms of Use.
