We may remove, restrict, or refuse User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, another person's rights, or our policies.

HubActually offers paid products or services.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the products, subscriptions, plans, or Services you purchase.

Prices, features, and billing terms may be displayed at the time of purchase and may change from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply as described when communicated or displayed through the Services, subject to applicable law.

Payments may be processed using third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policies.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit a transaction when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, address payment issues, comply with law, or protect the integrity of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

We attempt to keep information available through the Website and Services accurate and current, but errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We may correct, update, or remove information at any time.

Unless required by applicable law, we are not obligated to update information simply because it has become outdated.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, products, or services.

Where necessary to provide a feature you request, you authorize us to provide a third-party service provider with information reasonably necessary to complete that service.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Website, Services, software, designs, branding, trademarks, graphics, text, interfaces, and other materials made available by V3Ads LLC are owned by or licensed to V3Ads LLC and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of V3Ads LLC intellectual property to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, V3Ads LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Website or Services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, anticipated savings, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of V3Ads LLC arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amounts you actually paid to V3Ads LLC during the one-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2. One U.S. dollar.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability, in which case those limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless V3Ads LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your User Content.
• Your misuse of the Website or Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of the rights of another person.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to them will be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Florida, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section eliminates consumer protection or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms become effective when posted.

Your continued use of the Website or Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
